Meditation is the calming of body and mind, which is very important if you want to bring balance in this time with the busy life, the anxious times and the unstable system.
Love speaks for itself, love dominates everything, even in the strangest moments that can happen to a person. Love is what life is about and nothing else, love makes us strong and dominates the universe.
Healing is the energy with which people can help each other by touching each other, hugging each other, and massaging also has a wonderful effect on body and mind. Everything consists of energy, by applying healing people give positive energy to each other, this has a beautiful effect when strong energetic people heal the weaker ones with an energy hug.
