Postage costsWithin the EU zone All prices exclude shipping costs. Orders from €40 will be delivered FREE via Mondial Relais at a collection point in your area, under €40 you will be charged €3. From a purchase of €60, your order will be delivered to your home for free via Mondial Relais, under €60 you will be charged €6 for this shipping option. Send backIf the purchased product does not meet the buyer's expectations, the buyer may return it, subject to the following conditions: 1. Return within fourteen days after the buyer has received the product. The postmark is decisive for returning the product. 2. The return must always be announced seven days in advance by e-mail at the following mail > harrytilley@harrytilley.eu. 3. Special and different custom-made products ordered by the buyer will not be taken back. Please note: all orders with rings are custom-made, here is never a right of return valid!!! 4. Return items will only be accepted in undamaged condition, not worn and in the original packaging if possible. 5. Any damage to return items will be charged to the buyer. 6. The return shipment must be sent back with sufficient postage (preferably registered). The buyer will be charged for insufficient postage of the return shipment. 7. The return shipment always remains the responsibility of the buyer until it has arrived at Harry TiLLEY Jewellery. 8. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. 9. Shipping costs are understood to mean registered post, incl. insurance, signature for receipt and any necessary customs / export documents. 10. The buyer will receive the refund of the order amount no later than fourteen days after our confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Please contact us to be sure! 11. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of parcels sent by post, or transport company. That is why we recommend sending the orders, tracked and/or insured. Delivery times1. Harry Tilley jewellery does not process orders on Sundays, public holidays and during closing periods due to holidays. 2. The shipment of ordered products is in principle as soon as possible, with the exception of custom-made products. The processing of products in stock is 48 hours after ordering, products with modifications or that need to be made, the buyer will be informed about estimated shipping time. 3. The delivery time for products in stock is between three and six working days for Belgium and Europe, depending on the country of destination. 4. For countries with a destination outside the European Union, the delivery time for products in stock is between five and 15 working days depending on the choice of shipping. Import duties shall be borne by the buyer. 5. The shipment of ordered products will be sent by us for the Free shipping option via normal post. What materials and stones are used?All our jewellery is made with care in our Atelier in Fitou (France). To supply materials for the creation of our jewellery, we have been working for years with reliable suppliers, who can assure us of high quality materials. Our jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver, for which we also have a hallmark as silversmith. The silver in our jewellery is sometimes also treated with patinas for a special effect or sometimes 18k Gold-plated. Our semi-precious stones are of perfect quality, as we work with the energy of these stones and so it is very important that these stones have a good quality and healing power. For our bracelets we also work with natural stones and pearls, the bracelets are composed with a mix of stones, here will be Half-Edel stones among them but also wooden pearls, glass pearls, Hematite, Agate, etc. For our sparkling stones we work with Cubic Zirconia stones, these stones shine like diamonds and are machine-made. GuaranteeWe provide a warranty period of 3 months after purchase of a piece of jewellery. Under guarantee we understand construction faults of a piece of jewellery. Discolouration of metal parts due to non-compliance with the usage guidelines while wearing a piece of jewellery and the storage instructions after use of a piece of jewellery are not covered by the guarantee! You can always have your jewellery repaired through our Atelier. Please send good photos to our mail address harrytilley@harrytilley.eu so that we can possibly make a quotation through the photos.
